Stories for Good

Performance in support of causes that matter.

Stories for Good is our programme of creative projects using performance and storytelling to support charitable and community causes, bringing together artists, audiences and partner organisations around beautifully produced live experiences.

Our first collaboration, Classics by Candlelight, is presented by Tales Retold × TogetherGen Creative. Intimate performances inspired by some of literature's best-loved writers and characters, with performances in December 2026 and March 2027, raising funds for Kijana Kwanza (Young People First) and its work supporting children and young people in Tanzania.

The series supports the same cause our founder, Ellie Colyer (Fox), is running the London Marathon for in April 2027. Every performance adds to the total.

Venue partnership

We are looking for venues.

You provide the room and the audience. We bring a finished show, the company and the promotional material. Every performance raises money for Kijana Kwanza.

What we bring

  • A rehearsed show with a company of four actors
  • Candlelit staging that adapts to your space
  • Copy, images and social assets for promotion
  • Programme notes and front of house material
  • A named contact from first call to get-out

What we ask of you

  • A performance space and an agreed date
  • Ticketing, or a box office we can work alongside
  • Promotion to your audience and mailing list
  • Basic lighting, seating and front of house support
  • An agreed share of proceeds for Kijana Kwanza
